Hello Florida DECA! My name is Kassidy Braziel and I'm a junior at Plantation High School. I was recently elected as Team 60 Chartered Association Vice President at the 2017 Florida DECA Career Development Conference. Thank you all so much for choosing me to represent and serve our association. I'm so blessed to be offered such an amazing opportunity.
I'd like to formally introduce myself to you all. At Plantation High, I'm an International Baccalaureate and Academy of Finance student. I've been a part of DECA since my Freshman year. It's in this organization where I found some of my best friends and created some of my best memories. While I carry an immense amount of dedication to DECA, I also have other interests. I also compete at Congrés du la Culture Française en Floride, which is a part of my school's French Club. Outside of school, you can find me hanging out with my friends and family or traveling. Once again, I'd like to give thanks to everyone who helped and supported me. Thank you to my chapter members and advisor who helped me prepare for my campaign. Thanks to my friends and family for being the best support system a girl can have. Finally, thank you Florida DECA! Without all of you members, I wouldn't be able to call myself Florida DECA Vice President. I cannot wait to see you all soon, whether it's through ICDC, ELS, a chapter visit, or another event. In the meantime, you can keep in touch with me on my social medias. My Instagram and Twitter are both @kassidybraziel .
