Officer bonding is one of the most important parts in making for a successful officer team. By having a successful team it will in turn bring for a successful year to your chapter. It will make the year more fun and it will seem more like a perk then a position. There are many different types of bonding to do with your officers. I broke it up into two categories.
Classic games that pick at your teams brains are not only fun but informative. This puts the emphasis on learning about each other on a professional and informational level. Examples range from basis ice breakers to teamwork workshops all the way to planning for the actual year.
This is catered more towards getting to know your fellow officers on a level that will make for lasting friendships as you work towards common goals. There are numerous ways to have bonding event. Again this could range from a day at the park to lifelong memories.
Keep in mind the expenses that go with the different ways to bond with fellow officers. I would recommend that you find a balance between the two.
